Brian Lovell
Brian is the Founder and CEO of Red Games Co., a mobile and VR gaming studio that’s developed top-rated games and products in partnership with Apple, LEGO, Nickelodeon, Hasbro and Crayola. Prior to Red Games Co., Brian was the founder and CEO of RED Interactive Agency. For two decades, RED was the agency of record and digital partner for brands like ESPN, Under Armour, Netflix, Samsung, Disney, Audi, Bud Light, UFC, and others. Red Interactive Agency was acquired by WME/Endeavor in 2016.
Rigan Machado
Rigan is an 8th degree red and black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, earning his rank under Carlos Gracie Jr. He is a former Pan American Champion (1996, 1997 weight and absolute) and a veteran medalist of the ADCC. He is one of the original teachers who taught in the garage of Rorion Gracie in the early days of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in America. He also trained with his other cousins such Rickson Gracie, Rorion Gracie, Rillion Gracie, his uncle Carlos Gracie Sr, and his brothers. He is widely regarded as one of the top competitors in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu history. He currently teaches out of his Beverly Hills California Academy.
Dauren Kabykenov
Dauren is the co-founder of Shaka and the former manager of Severstal and Nordgold groups. He’s the Exec. Director of North America ARLAN MMA and the Amateur International Grappling Association. He received his MBA from Pepperdine University’s Key Executives program, is a Judo black belt, and a BJJ purple belt under Professors Juliano Prado and Adriano Nasal of Brazilian Top Team.
Mark Beechy
Mark is the Exec. Creative Director and Product Lead at Shaka. Before joining the team he was an ECD at Red Games Co., and RED Interactive Agency, where he developed digital products, experiences and campaigns for Samsung, ESPN, Crayola, Virgin Galactic, Michelob Ultra and others. Recently Mark has been working with the Audi Innovation Group on the future of mobility, Samsung on the future of the smart home, and Crayola to launch a new digital product for kids.
